KuraoKami-Sama
---Stylized 3D Generalist---

Hey, I’m Kurao. My name means “God of the Rain Dragon.” I’m a 3D Generalist, which means I can pretty much handle anything 3D-related.I love comics, mostly martial arts and fantasy stuff. I’m not really good at playing games—trust me, I need cheats just to get through Mario Odyssey.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is this website about?
-I want this to be a place where all of my audience can find me in one spot — kind of like a city guide to another place :D I still want to improve the website visually, but that’s a topic for another day.
Software or Tools I Use
-I only use Blender. I can handle pretty much any other 3D software out there, but Blender’s the one that really fits my workflow as a 3D Generalist.
-I work on a MacBook with a Huion Kamvas Pen Display.
VRChat Character and Advanced Rigging
- I'm considering offering this service in the future. However, I still need time to save up for a new computer, and I’m still learning advanced rigging. That’s why rigging is currently just a bonus service I provide, not part of the main service package.
Can you provide services on other software?
-I’d love to, but not at the moment. I want to take the time to learn and master other software first, so I can give you the best results possible when I do offer those services.
My Team
-Most of the work I do by myself. Sometimes I get a bit of help from my sister and brother (my emotional support).
When My Commissions Are Open
-I balance my sleep and work time, so I only take a few commission slots at a time. I open new slots once the previous ones are done—so don’t miss any updates on my socials.
Where I Learned Art
-I studied art in school, but most of what I know comes from working in the Animation Studio.

Procedure

1. Slot Availability Check
- Before proceeding with your commission, please check my social media for available slots. I consistently update my workload and ongoing projects there, so monitor my platforms for real-time updates.
2. Submission & Initial Discussion
- Once a slot is secured, provide your character sheet or design reference for the commission. We’ll discuss technical details (e.g., style, specifications), and upon agreement, I’ll confirm the pricing.
3. Queue Placement
- Your commission will be placed in the queue, and I’ll notify you of the estimated start time.
4. Detailed Briefing
- When your turn arrives, I’ll request comprehensive details (e.g., character nuances, functional requirements, additional notes) to ensure accuracy.
5. Phased Workflow & Revisions
- The commission will be executed in multiple phases. You’ll receive progress updates at each stage for review. Revisions can be requested until approval before moving forward.
6. Transparency During Delays
- If unforeseen issues arise (e.g., illness, emergencies), I’ll promptly inform you to adjust timelines.
7. Financial Flexibility
- If you encounter financial constraints before full payment, the commission will be placed on hold until your situation improves.
8. Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel mid-process, refunds are unavailable. However, you’ll receive the current work-in-progress (e.g., 3D model sketches) as compensation.
9. Delivery & Tutorial
- Upon full payment, you’ll receive the final 3D files along with a simple tutorial on how to use the character for animation.
10. Post-Completion Support
- After completion, your files will be archived, and I'll provide technical support for 1 month. Beyond this period, I'm no longer responsible for file loss or corrupted files

General Workflow Explain

1. 3D Sketch
This step is a rough sketch of your character in 3D. It’s not the final result, but it helps capture the general shape—like body proportions and clothing.
2. Modeling
In this stage, your character will be modeled in more detail and with clean topology. The modeling process will depend on how the character is going to be used—whether for games, animation, or other purposes.
3. Texturing
Here, your character will be colored and shaded. You can request any color style you want, and I’ll adjust it to match your preferences.
4. Rigging
I’ll add a basic rig so you can animate your character. Just keep in mind that I create the rig inside Blender, and I can’t guarantee it’ll work properly in other software.
5. Revisions
You can request as many revisions as you want within the current phase. However, once we move on to the next phase, you can’t ask for changes to the previous ones. Every phase follows this revision rule—except for rigging, since that’s a bonus service I include.
